Kevin “Hurricane” Hudson

Kevin “Hurricane” Hudson began training in martial arts at the age of eight. At 13 he decided he wanted to be a w
orld champion kickboxer and dedicated his life to helping others become better through martial arts training.  Kevin began training for the ring early and began competing as a teenager.

In 1994, he won the K.I.C.K. World Cruiserweight Kickboxing championship with a 12 round victory over Neil Singleton. He continued to compete regularly, winning other titles under different organizations including the I.K.F. United States Heavy Weight title in 2002. During his travels and training he began working under Mr. Joe Lewis.

Mr. Lewis was the first karate and kickboxing champion ever in the U.S. Kevin has now earned his 5th, 6th, and 7th degree black belt under Mr. Lewis. After the passing of Mr. Lewis, the Superfoot System merged with the JLFS.  Kevin tested under Bill “Superfoot” Wallace and earned his 1st and 2nd  Degree Black.

His first book, You Can Hit the Mark was released April of 2016, and is considered a great compilation of truths and techniques to improve one’s life as well as the story behind the martial artist.

With his competitive fighting days behind him, he focuses his efforts on sharing his tried and true high performance, never give up philosophy with groups around the country.  His interactive, down home presentation enthralls audiences everywhere.
